We are seeking a highly intelligent, smart, and articulate individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner, providing top-level support to high-level executives, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Assist in preparing for meetings, including agenda creation and material collation.
Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the executives.
Draft professional documents, slides, and meeting notes as required.
Coordinate Executive Meetings and Event

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 to 6 Years as an executive Assistant to high level executive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle administrative coordination, and oversee logistics efficiently.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking with strong follow-up skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
