Job Description (Summary)
The Procurement/Estimator will manage procurement processes, cost estimation, and vendor relations to ensure efficient project delivery within budget.
Procurement:
Source and procure construction materials and equipment.
Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
Estimation:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for project proposals.
Analyze project requirements and develop accurate budgets.
Reporting:
Maintain procurement records and prepare cost analysis reports.
Provide regular updates on procurement status and project budgets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction or civil engineering industry.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying; MSc is an added advantage.
