We are seeking a skilled Medical Sales Specialist to join our team at Sigma Consulting Group.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for healthcare sales.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales, with experience in promoting and selling medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach to healthcare providers.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach to healthcare providers.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by promoting and selling the hospitals products/services.
You will stay updated on product features, benefits, and medical applications to effectively present and sell to healthcare professionals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and medical applications to effectively present and sell to healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical and clinical support to clients to ensure proper use of medical products and equipment.
As a skilled Medical Sales Specialist, you will:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and visibility.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, procurement officers, and hospital administrators.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in medical sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals in a competitive environment.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately **120,000 Naira per month** + attractive commission structure based on performance.
