Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who knows the ins and outs of social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite. The ideal candidate will not only excel at managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms, but also be highly skilled in creating engaging video and text content that resonates with target audiences. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create high-quality video and text content that aligns with brand voice and audience preferences
Manage content calendars using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Analyze and report on social media metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations for growth
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met
Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty
Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms, incorporating new ideas into strategies
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, etc.) to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels
Coordinate influencer outreach and manage partnerships to expand the brand’s reach

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in social media management
Proven track record of creating engaging video and text content (please include portfolio or examples of your work)
Expertise in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
Experience running and optimizing paid social media campaigns
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into strategy
Creativity and a keen eye for visual content that grabs attention
Experience with community management and influencer marketing
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
