FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING, a leading commercial bank with international presence, seeks to fill the position of Loan Portfolio Manager in Ibadan.

About the Role:

As a Loan Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating clients' financial information, verifying merchants and assessing risk ratios. Your key duties will include onboard viable merchants on our business platform, evaluating credit worthiness of merchants, physically verifying merchants' location and business financial health, interviewing merchants to determine their financial eligibility and feasibility, supporting merchants with questions they might have, justifying decisions (approvals/rejections) and reporting on them, maintaining an active knowledge base of all our loan products and understanding the qualifications required of each merchant, building long term trusting relationships with customers, and growing and achieving loan portfolio targets for merchants.

Requirements:

  • A First Degree BSC/HND
  • 1 year Minimum relevant work experience in a Microfinance Bank
  • Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures
  • Socially and emotionally aware
  • Must have a Smartphone
  • Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data
  • Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis

Compensation: N130,000 monthly salary.
