About Us:
We are seeking an experienced business development officer to join our team in Ibadan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, and expanding our client base in Ibadan

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HMO/Insurance services sector.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in Ibadan and Oyo.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience in selling HMO/Insurance services.
2. Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
3. Established client base in Ibadan
4. Strong understanding of the HMO/Insurance services sector.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
