In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the Retail and Corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Nurture and expand our existing client base by identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our high-net-worth individual and corporate clients' needs, providing bespoke solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Development and Market Strategy:
    • Stay ahead of the competition by conducting thorough market research to inform product development and ensure alignment with customer demands.
    • Leverage your expertise in targeted marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning and drive awareness in the financial sector.
  • Asset Creation and Profit Maximization:
    • Focus on generating high-quality assets and mobilizing deposits to support revenue targets.
    • Utilize market insights to refine business strategies and stay competitive.
  • Sales Support and Lead Generation:
    • Drive sales and marketing efforts, participating in pre-proposal meetings and site visits as necessary for client acquisition.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and generate leads through targeted outreach.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial bank or financial services company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in marketing, relationship management, and client servicing.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including social media and content strategies.
  • Skillful in sales, negotiation, and client engagement.
  • Strong analytical and commercial insight with project management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in simplifying complex information.
