  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand the sales network.
  • Maintain positive relationships with SMEs to drive direct sales initiatives within the territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue with a strong field sales background.
