Job DescriptionThe Strategic Sales Lead will be responsible for planning and directing sales activities, overseeing local and regional sales promotions, and coordinating the hiring and training of new sales representatives.
- Plan and direct sales activities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Oversee local and regional sales promotions, including events and marketing campaigns.
- Direct and coordinate the hiring and training of new sales representatives.
- Prepare sales budgets and projections, and approve expenditures.
- Track and analyze sales statistics based on key metrics.
- Handle customer complaints regarding products or services.
- Determine price schedules and advise distributors and dealers on policies.
- Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue increase.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
