Overview of the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Client Acquisition Representative to join our team at DAYTONA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Present our products and services to clients, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and expectations by executing effective sales plans and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Take feedback from clients and incorporate it into ongoing product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience or education may also be considered.
  • Proven track record of success in direct sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
