We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Gratitude Philippines team in Lagos State. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in West Africa.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IVD market in Nigeria, with a proven track record in sales and business development within the industry. This role will focus on leveraging your expertise to lead the development of new channels, gather key market intelligence, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new regional markets, promoting IVD products to potential distribution channels, healthcare providers, and end-users across West Africa.
- Agent and Channel Management: Lead and support regional agents and distributors, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and are aligned with company goals.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze in-depth market data, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to shape marketing strategies.
- Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned region, focusing on market penetration and brand visibility.
- Customer Needs & Solutions: Analyze the unique needs of the local market and propose tailored solutions to address them, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- KOL & Lab Development: Build and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference labs, and other industry influencers to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry, with a proven track record in business development, particularly in hematology or related diagnostic fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the IVD market in Nigeria, including key players, market trends, regulations, and customer needs.
- Business Development Skills: Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive market growth and product adoption.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.
- Leadership Ability: Proven experience in leading teams, driving sales performance, and achieving business goals.
- Self-Motivation & Results-Oriented: High self-motivation, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
N1,200,000 - N1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
