Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising: Ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and replenished as needed, maintaining a visually appealing store layout.
  • Transaction Handling: Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and store inventory to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in fashion or apparel, is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
