About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team at Bisedge Logistics & Infrastructure. As a key contributor to our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by developing and executing business development strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and partner companies, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing within oil & gas or engineering industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A proven track record of business development success and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
