Hospital Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team at Invealth Partners Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and performing administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the hospital's front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Registration and Admission: Verify demographics, collect necessary documents, and ensure accurate and timely admission processes.
- Communication and Liaison: Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Complaint Handling: Handle patient complaints and concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Data Management: Manage patient records, reports, and databases.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve hospital goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Science or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of hospital information systems.
- Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital operations.
