Facilities Operations Manager

The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring seamless coordination among technical and support staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily walk-around inspections to identify potential issues and maintain a safe working environment.
- Directing the coordination of technical activities and vendor/contractor interactions on assigned sites.
- Developing and monitoring work schedules, as well as maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Managing inventory levels, identifying re-order points, and coordinating procurement for maintenance consumables.
Additionally, this role involves preparing weekly facilities reports, monitoring petty cash expenses, and engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field (MSc preferred).
- Nysc certificate.
- Relevant professional qualifications an advantage.
3-4 years of experience managing a facilities team, preferably in a large service organization, is required. Knowledge of building contracts is also essential.
