About the Role

At FriendnPal, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Growth Strategist to lead our growth initiatives and drive business success. This role is critical in shaping our product strategy and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Product Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • User-Centric Approach: Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design and development, prioritizing user needs and experiences.
  • Retention and Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance user retention and engagement, including personalized user journeys, gamification, and loyalty programs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
  • Skill Set: Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies.
  • Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
