Salary
The estimated monthly salary for this position ranges from ₦1,000,000.00 to ₦1,500,000.00, inclusive of performance bonuses.
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to lead our franchise growth initiatives. As the Franchise Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential franchise partners, cultivating relationships with key partners, and analyzing revenue streams from franchises and partnerships. Your primary objective will be to drive profitability, expand brand presence in new markets, and improve brand awareness metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential franchise partners to enhance our network and drive growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and values.
- Analyze and improve revenue streams from franchises and partnerships, driving profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, particularly within the franchise sector. A proven track record of exceeding business development targets and an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification are mandatory. Additionally, you should possess exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNI). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills are also essential.
