Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions by utilizing the various components of the Power Platform, including power apps, power BI, power virtual agents, and power automation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Building solutions using power apps, power pages, power automate, power bi, power virtual agents, AI builder, dataverse, PCF, and connectors for clients and internal solutions.
  • Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Technical Leadership: Championing technical design sessions, collecting, analyzing, identifying, and documenting functional requirements that meet client needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilizing problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Integration and Embedding: Embedding Power Platform components in Teams, SharePoint, web applications, and more.
  • Programming Knowledge: Providing architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to applications extending Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Documentation: Documenting and demonstrating solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, user guides, and more.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Showing high creativity and initiative, delivering new approaches to solutions.
  • Security Monitoring: Addressing and remediating security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
  • Client Collaboration: Working directly with clients to support projects and solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements, coach, and manage expectations.
  • Business Requirements Translation: Understanding and translating business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • UAT Support: Supporting UAT with business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Maintaining best practices throughout Power Platform projects.
  • Tech Trends Awareness: Staying informed about the latest tech trends, creative ideas, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in the technology industry is essential.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge building with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • SharePoint Online and Power BI Experience: Experience working in SharePoint Online and building reports and dashboards for Power BI.
  • Process Analysis and Design Skills: Knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Technical Design Document Creation: Knowledge of technical/solution design document creation.
  • Canvas App Formulas: Expected working knowledge of various Canvas-App formulas.
  • Business Intelligence Platforms: Experience developing Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytics skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
