Job Summary

The Cloud Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
  • Development: Customize cloud applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Integration: Develop and implement integrations between cloud platforms and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Testing: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
  • Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the cloud environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Best Practices: Advocate for and implement cloud best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
  • Training: Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of cloud features.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cloud development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with cloud integrations and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, data model, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with cloud tools such as CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
