Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve program outcomes
  • Liaising with the call center team to ensure seamless execution of programs
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

You will also play a key role in managing our IVF & You program, which involves:

  • Sending text messages to clients to remind them of upcoming events
  • Calling the center to share presentations and updates
  • Working with utility teams to test run presentations and ensure smooth delivery

In addition, you will be responsible for preparing articles for publication in Punch and Business Day, as well as preparing for forums with nurses and embryologists.

You will also work closely with our HIFU Relationship team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing materials for Facebook live programs
  • Presenting to churches and other associations
  • Managing agency relationships and reviewing meeting notes
  • Processing doctors' referrals and corresponding with doctors
  • Coordinating baby visits and taking photos of babies
  • Sourcing clients for Genomix and managing the Genomix website
