As a Sales Assistant in a Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing point-of-sale processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. You will also be required to keep up to date with product information, accurately describe product features and benefits, and ascertain customers' needs and wants. Additionally, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers and leads through cold calling and texting, and possessing highly motivated with a proven track record in sales. You will also need to have excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, and follow all companies policies and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a National Certificate of Education (NCE), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or Higher National Diploma (HND). You will also need to have proven working experience in a pharmacy or retail sales, basic administration skills, communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, and proficiency in English. You will also need to have a customer service focus, friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality, and prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba is also very important.
