About the Role

This is a key position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space, including meeting rooms and common areas.
  • Oversee maintenance needs and coordinate with relevant personnel to handle repairs or adjustments.
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Officer, including tasks such as fleet management, arranging meeting schedules, and organizing office events.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as required to maintain stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies, handle invoices, and maintain records of purchases and deliveries.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Have basic computer skills and knowledge of office software applications.
