Job Responsibilities
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and explore new business prospects in target markets to drive growth and revenue.
  • Establish Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to enhance our brand presence and offerings.
  • Growth Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective growth strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and retain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, using relevant sales performance metrics to measure success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience: 6-7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team environment.
