
Director of Business Development

As the Head of Franchise, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic franchise development, partnership cultivation, and revenue optimization. This role requires innovation, leadership, and collaboration to achieve key objectives, including franchise network expansion, maintaining brand protection and standards, partnership development, revenue generation, and fostering continuous improvement across all franchise operations.
">- Manage new and existing leads to strategically drive franchise sales and distributorship investments.
- Provide sound advisory support to prospective investors, guiding their investment decisions with a focus on delivering value.
- Serve as the account officer for designated franchise brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targeted expectations.
This role also involves building relationships with brokers, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding them to actively promote franchise sales. You will provide comprehensive training and onboarding, setting clear expectations and ensuring delivery of results. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to drive innovation in franchise/distributorship investment promotions and operations.
