Business Development Director - Loyalty Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to join our team as Business Development Director - Loyalty Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our loyalty program through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior, as well as expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive the growth and success of the loyalty program.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the program's reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Presentation of the loyalty program to investors, highlighting its unique selling points and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the loyalty program or fintech space.
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
