Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a High-Profile Business Development Manager and Executive Assistant. This role combines strategic business growth with exceptional administrative support for our CEO/Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, executive support, or a similar high-profile role within the travel and tourism industry. They will have a proven track record in generating business revenue, forming strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals. Additionally, they will have excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
• Build and maintain key relationships with VIP clients, corporate stakeholders, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Foster long-term partnerships and retention through effective client acquisition strategies.
• Negotiate and secure high-value business deals, contracts, and sponsorships.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at high-profile events, conferences, and networking engagements.
• Provide top-tier administrative and executive support to the CEO/Managing Director, handling sensitive documents, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication.
• Assist in planning and executing high-profile events, business meetings, and industry summits.
• Oversee executive office operations and protocol management.
• Directly report to the CEO, guiding special projects and strategic initiatives.
