Business Development Opportunity:
We are looking for a Results-Driven Business Developer to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
- SSCE
- 1 year of work experience in sales or business development
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Proven sales or business development track record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
