Business Development Opportunity:

We are looking for a Results-Driven Business Developer to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

  • SSCE
  • 1 year of work experience in sales or business development
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Proven sales or business development track record
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
