Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of AceRoyal Estates, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role involves managing sales strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's business growth within the competitive real estate market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to drive growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee negotiations, contracts, and closings to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, offering guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Attend networking events and represent the company in key meetings and industry conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and work with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Real Estate License (preferred but not required).
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
