Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the backbone of our office operations, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office files and documents to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and enhance productivity.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support business decisions.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification: OND or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent typing and data entry skills.
