About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. They will be a strategic thinker who can identify and exploit new sales opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across designated territories.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers to ensure product visibility in stores.
- Develop and execute promotional activities, such as product sampling or discounts, to drive sales growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage customer data and sales performance.
