About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. They will be a strategic thinker who can identify and exploit new sales opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across designated territories.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers to ensure product visibility in stores.
  • Develop and execute promotional activities, such as product sampling or discounts, to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage customer data and sales performance.
