Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across your designated territories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories and develop targeted plans to exploit these opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers to ensure product visibility in stores.
  • Develop and execute promotional activities, such as product sampling or discounts, to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage customer data and sales performance.
