About the Role

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Technical Officer and assisting with various tasks as assigned. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Chief Technical Officer with managing their work schedule
* Attend to other tasks as assigned by management
* Liaise with other staff members
* Carry out specific projects as directed

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Bachelor's degree holder
* Must have a background in IT
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in using computer and office software
* Tech savvy
* Must have a driver's license and know how to drive
* Knowledge about smart/automated homes is an added advantage

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
