Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Promotion:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive situations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring timely completion of sales tasks.
• Identify and pursue high-value sales leads, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Contract Management:
• Oversee the signing, implementation, and follow-up of sales contracts, ensuring seamless execution.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Collect and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Foster strong relationships with customers, distributors, and companies, facilitating transactions and driving revenue growth.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth progress of sales, identifying opportunities for process improvements and synergies.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
