We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nigeria. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Project Manager in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager: Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including preparing project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Schedule Meetings: Schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor Project Timelines: Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to guarantee successful project outcomes.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
  • NYSC Youth Corper
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
