Job Description
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities in the Retail, SME, and Corporate sectors. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
  • Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Product Development & Market Strategy
• Asset Creation & Profit Maximization
• Sales Support & Lead Generation

Working Relationships
• Internal: Collaborate with all departments and management teams.
• External: Engage with customers, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial bank or financial services company.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in marketing, relationship management, and client servicing.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts.
• Proficient in digital marketing, including social media and content strategies.
• Skilled in sales, negotiation, and client engagement.
• Strong analytical and commercial insight with project management skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in simplifying complex information.
