Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

As a Facilities Operations Manager at TF Cameron Court Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they remain safe, secure, and functional for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including coordination with technical and support staff.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Direct coordination of technical activities and vendor/contractor engagements on assigned sites.
  • Develop and monitor work schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Process work orders, assign tasks, and requisition materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation of servicing schedules, work orders, material usage, job completion certificates, and invoices.
  • Implement PPM (Preventive Maintenance) and other periodic FM activities, monitoring schedules and raising PM work requests in advance.
  • Manage stock levels, including weekly inventory reports and timely identification of re-order levels.
  • Perform post-departure inspections with exiting tenants and coordinate renovation of vacant units.
  • Prepare and send weekly facilities reports on maintenance activities executed, pending, or ongoing during the week.
  • Accountable for petty cash expenses and reconciliation.
  • Engage directly with clients, schedule toolbox talks with the facility team, and monitor public bills for electricity, water, parking, and waste management.

Requirements:

  • HND/BSc/BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field (MSc preferred).
  • Nysc certificate.
  • Relevant professional qualification an advantage.
  • 3-4 years proven experience managing a facilities team, preferably in a large service organization.
