Job Description

As a vital member of DAYTONA, you will play a crucial role in the Recruitment and Staffing process.

  • Post job vacancies to attract top talent to our organization.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and select the best candidates for our team.

 

Employee Onboarding

Orient new hires to help them understand our company culture and explain company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Ensure employees are familiar with our company values and expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees.

 

Performance Management

Monitor and evaluate employee performance through regular appraisals and feedback sessions to identify areas for growth and improvement.

  • Develop and implement employee development plans to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help employees achieve their goals.

 

Training and Development

Oversee or coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and help employees stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Identify training needs and develop training plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs.

 

Document and Record Management

Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documents both physically and digitally to ensure easy retrieval of information as needed.

  • Develop and maintain record-keeping systems to meet compliance requirements.
  • Ensure data entry is accurate and efficient to support reporting needs.

 

Health, Safety, and Legal Compliance

Assist in ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a healthy and secure workplace for all employees.

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
