Description:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Dining Experience Coordinator to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between the kitchen and wait staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their orders by explaining specials, meals, and drinks, and making recommendations.
  • Deliver food orders to customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with chefs to ensure accurate delivery of food orders, taking into account any allergies or special requests.
  • Help set up tables by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins.
  • Maintain high standards of food health and safety, adhering to our rigorous sanitation principles.
  • Regularly check on customers to address any impromptu requests or issues.
  • Remove dirty dishes from tables in a timely manner.
  • Foster a positive dining experience by actively listening to customer feedback and reporting it to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, days, and nights.
