Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate and devise strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Nurture and grow active subscriber base across all platforms and outlets
  • Grow and manage the authorized brokers network
  • Source and cultivate opportunities for new business upscaling
  • Identify, nurture, and close opportunities for captive development projects
  • Lead and coordinate marketing opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly on digital & social platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years' working experience in a senior role
  • Strategic level experience in marketing or business development functions
  • Strong business planning and development competence
  • Excellent sales management skills
  • Strong networking and closing skills
  • A strong social network
  • A bachelor's degree or higher
