Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at IBIC Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and delivery of goods and services, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement of required supplies and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control procedures, procurement, and stock management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Strong Excel Skill
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
