Administrative Support Specialist

About This Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Coordinator to join our team at People Capacity Management. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents;
- Organizing and maintaining confidential files and documents;
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team;
- Managing and updating filing systems, both physical and electronic;
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments;
- Handling basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or HND degree in Law or related field;
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mortgage banking or related financial services;
- Professional certification from a recognized body (e.g., CICSRN or NIPS);
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and transcription software.
