Recruitment Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Mopheth. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department's day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Human Resource Operations:
- Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Document Management and Administration:
- Manage and maintain accurate procurement files and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for procurement team members.
- Develop and distribute procurement-related documents and reports to stakeholders.
- Communication and Relationship-Building:
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS.
- RESPOND TO INQUIRIES AND CORRESPONDENCE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
- COORDINATE WITH SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DEPARTMENTS FOR SEAMLESS ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY.
- Technical Skills:
- EXCELLENT PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE FOR DATA ENTRY, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT, AND COMMUNICATION.
- FAMILIARITY WITH PROCUREMENT SOFTWARE SYSTEMS OR DATABASES IS BENEFICIAL BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- Personal Qualities:
- STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AND DATA ENTRY.
- EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS FOR STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT.
- ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE TASKS, MANAGE TIME EFFICIENTLY, AND MEET DEADLINES IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
- WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND ADAPT TO NEW PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, AND TECHNOLOGIES.
