Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lufor Technical Limited. This role will involve providing administrative support to executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
