About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing funds, managing investment portfolios, and ensuring excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Funds:
Identify and engage potential clients, utilizing your expertise in financial markets and product knowledge to build relationships and secure new business.
Market Strategy Development:Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute market strategies that drive deposit mobilization, aligning with our company's growth objectives.
Client Acquisition and Needs Assessment:Compile profiles of target market individuals and companies, identifying key prospects and opportunities for growth.
Conversion and Account Management:Foster strong relationships with existing clients, upselling pre-qualified retail clients to other services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting and Compliance:Generate weekly and monthly reports on prospect conversion progress, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submission.
Event Support and Sales Opportunities:Participate in company events and actively create opportunities for sales, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
