Job Description:
The Business Development Manager (Fixed Deposit Mobilization) will be responsible for driving the company's growth objectives by sourcing funds, managing investment portfolios, and ensuring excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing funds through various market strategies
- Managing investment portfolios to achieve set targets
- Fostering excellent client relationships through regular communication and portfolio monitoring
- Achieving nil record of client complaints and resolving any issues promptly with the CRM and other teams
- Providing support for company events and actively creating opportunities for sales
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a financial institution
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
