Job Description:

 

The Business Development Manager (Fixed Deposit Mobilization) will be responsible for driving the company's growth objectives by sourcing funds, managing investment portfolios, and ensuring excellent client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing funds through various market strategies
  • Managing investment portfolios to achieve set targets
  • Fostering excellent client relationships through regular communication and portfolio monitoring
  • Achieving nil record of client complaints and resolving any issues promptly with the CRM and other teams
  • Providing support for company events and actively creating opportunities for sales

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a financial institution
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
