Medical Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as an IVD Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, market analysis, and customer relationships, with a strong understanding of the IVD market in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and KOLs to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.">
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.">
• Lead and support regional agents and distributors to ensure they meet sales targets and align with company goals.">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.">

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.">
• A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry, with a proven track record in business development, particularly in hematology or related diagnostic fields.">
• Strong knowledge of the IVD market in Nigeria, including key players, market trends, regulations, and customer needs.">
• Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive market growth and product adoption.">
• Demonstrated success in building strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.">
• Proven experience in leading teams, driving sales performance, and achieving business goals.">
• High self-motivation, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.">
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.">
