Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive market expansion in West Africa. As Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise to lead the development of new channels, gather key market intelligence, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new regional markets for IVD products, promoting them to potential distribution channels, healthcare providers, and end-users.
  • Agent and Channel Management: Lead and support regional agents and distributors, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and align with company goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze in-depth market data, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to shape marketing strategies.
  • Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned region, focusing on market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Customer Needs & Solutions: Analyze the unique needs of the local market and propose tailored solutions to address them, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • KOL & Lab Development: Build and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference labs, and other industry influencers to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry, with a proven track record in business development, particularly in hematology or related diagnostic fields.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the IVD market in Nigeria, including key players, market trends, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Business Development Skills: Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive market growth and product adoption.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.
  • Leadership Ability: Proven experience in leading teams, driving sales performance, and achieving business goals.
  • Self-Motivation & Results-Oriented: High self-motivation, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
