- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new regional markets for IVD products, targeting distributors, healthcare providers, and end-users across Nigeria.">
- Agent and Channel Management: Lead and support regional agents and distributors, ensuring they meet sales targets and align with company goals.">
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze in-depth market data to shape marketing strategies, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.">
- Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets in assigned regions, focusing on market penetration and brand visibility.">
- Customer Needs & Solutions: Analyze local market needs and propose tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.">
- KOL & Lab Development: Build and foster relationships with key opinion leaders, reference labs, and industry influencers to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.">
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.">
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.">
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry, with a proven track record in business development, particularly in hematology or related diagnostic fields.">
- Strong knowledge of the IVD market in Nigeria, including key players, market trends, regulations, and customer needs.">
- Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive market growth and product adoption.">
- Demonstrated success in building strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.">
- Proven experience in leading teams, driving sales performance, and achieving business goals.">
- High self-motivation, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.">
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).">
