Job Overview

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a highly skilled Group Finance Manager to lead our financial operations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support LIFE BANK's growth objectives.

- Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

2. Financial Performance Management:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement corrective actions to address any financial discrepancies or issues.

3. Risk Management and Governance:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with LIFE BANK's global operations.

- Develop and implement effective internal controls and audit processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

4. Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.

- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.

- Experience in healthcare technology or a related industry is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, regulations, and reporting standards.
