About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all business transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently. This includes posting and processing journal entries, updating accounts receivable and payable, and performing reconciliations. Additionally, the Financial Data Coordinator will assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company guidelines. Other duties may include reviewing expenses, payroll records, and updating financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility. The ideal candidate will also prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and assist senior accountants with monthly/yearly closings.
